The unique purple wall gave my room character, but there was street noise all night.

The hotel's unique use of purple decor created a vibrant and cozy atmosphere, making it enjoyable to relax after a day of exploring.
There was significant street noise throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep despite the comfortable bed.

The room featured a unique purple wall with glitter that added an interesting twist to the decor. Comfortably cozy for a short stay, especially when avoiding the chaos outside at night.
The air conditioning underperformed significantly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. I found the shower door a real hassle to close, leading to quite the frustrating experience. Poor attention to detail showed through with a cigarette butt found in the potpourri on the bed and reused sugar with a seed in it. The TV barely functioned, with zero sound and only one channel available. the hotel's layout felt claustrophobic, lacking natural light completely due to its interior positioning. The tours offered were poorly organized. we paid top dollar and ended up having a dreadful lunch experience with no seat available and an unexpected detour to a shop that wasted valuable time instead of enjoying the sights.

Staying at Capital Plaza in Cairo was quite an intriguing experience. The location made it easy to access nearby shops and museums, which was a big plus. I appreciated the efforts of the staff, who were consistently friendly and eager to help. The breakfast served every morning featured a good selection, including fresh bread and yogurt. I faced an issue with the air conditioning, as it didn't perform well, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. The shower door was quite difficult to close, creating some hassle during use. I also found a cigarette butt among the potpourri on my bed, which felt a bit lacking in attention to detail.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff
Despite a few maintenance issues, I enjoyed my solo stay. The staff's friendliness was a highlight, always ready to assist. I recommend using the shower's hot water—even with the drainage delay, it was soothing after long days of exploring. Next time, I’ll check if they have working safes!
